Bryan Grubb began his construction career as a pre-title mechanic with DR Horton in 1998, preparing homes for homeowner occupancy by handling assorted renovations, repairs, and finish work on projects including The Grande developments in East Windsor and South Brunswick.
In 2000, he was recruited by Fortune 500 builder Centex Homes as a construction field manager, where he spent the next five years overseeing the defect-free construction of approximately 400 homes (including 100 homes in the Wendover Commons, 50 multimillion-dollar homes in Colts Neck, and 50 homes in Sussex Place). He received top honors from JD Power and Associates for superior quality controls, in addition to other awards for customer satisfaction excellence.
His success at Centex Homes led him to achieve in-demand status as a sought-after project manager by other industry-leading builders, including Toll Brothers (where he served as construction manager on an upscale development of 35 luxury homes) and Somerset Development (where he spent two years as a construction/warranty manager on a major development comprised of 175 single-family homes ranging from 2,500 to 3,700 sq. ft.).
Prior to entering the construction field, Bryan was a decorated police officer with the Borough of Hightstown Police Department and a district loss prevention manager for Shop-Rite Grocery Stores.
He is also proud to have served in the U.S. Marine Corp Reserves, advancing to the rank of Lance Corporal during his 3-year term of service.
